Revealed: The most expensive and cheapest homes sold in Bristol

The latest data on homes sold in Bristol lays bare the city's north-south divide.

We have put together a list of the 10 properties which fetched the highest prices and the nine which went for the lowest in November.

While the nine cheapest were found in a mix of areas across the city, the 10 most expensive were exclusively from north Bristol and the city centre.

The higher-priced list comes to a total of £9,194,000, while the cheapest 10 cost just £1,034,000 overall.

The most expensive

Here are Bristol's 10 most expensive residential properties for November, according to Land Registry data:

1) 19 Hughenden Road, Clifton, a terrace house, sold for £1,250,000 on November 15.

2) The Briars, 7, Kenton Mews, Henleaze, a detached house, sold for £1,000,000 on November 8.

2 Dundonald Road, Redland (James Beck/Freelance)

3) 2 Dundonald Road, Redland, a flat, sold for £970,000 on November 20 (this sale may have been a buy-to-let, a transfer to a company, or a repossession).

4) The Elms, 1A, The Dingle, Coombe Dingle, a detached house, sold for £915,000 on November 11.

5) 14 Cotham Road South, Kingsdown, a terrace house, sold for £897,000 on November 11.

6) 3 Oakwood Road, Henleaze, a semi-detached house, sold for £885,000 on November 4.

7) 21 Chesterfield Road, St Andrews, a detached house, sold for £885,000 on November 8.

8) 31 Downs Park West, Westbury Park, a detached house, sold for £850,000 on November 1.

9) 5 Downs Road, Westbury-on-Trym, a semi-detached house, sold for £782,000 on November 15.

10) 6 Trin Mills, city centre, a detached house, sold for £760,000 on November 8.

And here are the 10 least expensive:

1) 44 Langton Way, St Annes Park, a flat, sold for £140,000 on November 1.

2) 9A Gilda Close, Whitchurch, a flat, sold for £140,000 on November 4.

3) 2 Cotrith Grove, a terrace house, sold for £122,500 on November 11.

4) Top Floor Flat, 21 Gloucester Street, Eastville, a flat, sold for £115,000 on November 15.

5) 16A Deans Mead, a flat, sold for £115,000 on November 15.

A property in Tennis Road, Knowle, was listed as being sold for £80,000 on November 18. This was information taken from the Land Registry, we apologise for the mistake.
