Reuben Foster expected to be healthy for 2020 season

More news about the severity of LB Reuben Foster’s knee injury is coming out, as well as a projected timetable for him to return to the field.

After being lost for the season on the third snap of OTAs in Washington, Reuben Foster underwent successful surgery from Dr. James Andrews on Tuesday.

It was announced that Foster suffered both a torn ACL and LCL.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the surgery went well and Foster is already able to raise his leg and is expected to start a long rehab process soon. The initial injury timeline pegs Foster as making his return before the 2020 regular season gets underway.

The question is whether or not he will be in a Washington uniform when he does so.
