Steakhouse owner shames table of lads who dodged £100 bill

A furious restaurant owner publicly shamed a group of men who left without paying their bill, which came to nearly £100.

Los Amigos Steakhouse & Mexican on Aigburth Road posted on Facebook after four men left the restaurant without paying for their meal.

The Aigburth restaurant gave the bill-dodgers a "gentle warning" to come back with the money or said they would share picture of them on social media and inform the police.

They gave the men seven days to repay the bill.

Cowardly abusers and vile bullies who made women's lives hell

Cowardly abusers with connections to Merseyside who found themselves in court this year.

They include a vile bully who stubbed out cigarettes on his girlfriend's neck and back and a monster who dropped his children off at school then came home and stabbed his wife in the neck.

Their vile and cowardly crimes landed them in the dock at Merseyside's courts, where they were sentenced for their abusive actions.

Figures shared by Liverpool Council also highlighted that Between April 2020 and March 2021 domestic abuse crimes recorded by the force had increased by 9% compared to the previous year.

These are some of the cases of psychological torture and physical violence that were inflicted upon women by the men who abused them.

Work on Everton's new stadium set for more progress in new year

Everton FC were given the green light to start work on their new stadium at Bramley Moore Dock earlier this year and early progress at the site is beginning to take shape.

The Blues will leave behind their home of 129 years at Goodison Park in Walton come the start of the 2024 season provided works in the north docks remain on track.
