A restaurant claiming to make the “UK’s best burger” is set to open another venue in Merseyside next year.
Lynchburger, which already has sites in Liverpool city centre and Walton, has teased a new restaurant in Wirral - and it’s opening sooner than you’d think.
Lynchburger was founded in 2021, by entrepreneur Ryan Lynch who is also the owner of Dough, the pizza company people think is “better than Domino's”.

After travelling across the US and experiencing the finest burger cuisine, Ryan decided to bring it back to the UK with his own twist.
After two years of researching and practising, and several pop ups, Lynchburger was born/ The company claims it's now 'top of the tree in the UKs burger game' thanks to rave reviews from those who have tried it.
Now, Lynchburger is opening a third Merseyside venue, in Birkenhead.
Sharing the news on Instagram, the team said: “We’re closed today so thought we would share this with you instead.
“Wirral, see you in four weeks”.
In the photo, it says “Birkenhead, Jan 2022”.
Lynchburger’s burgers are made with 28-day aged chuck mince, secret sauce, an in-house cheese blend and potato buns flown in from America.
They certainly look the business, with a seriously crisp crust from being smashed onto a griddle, a good ooze of American style cheese, a squishy potato bun and soft caramelised onions.
