Restaurant chain Dylan's extends Eat Out to Help Out at one of its sites

North Wales restaurant group Dylan's will continue the Eat Out to Help Out offer at one of its North Wales sites in September.

The UK Government's Eat Out to Help Out scheme had offered diners up to 50 per cent off their meal for the first three days of the week every week in August.

It came to an end after Bank Holiday Monday.

But Dylan's has announced it will extend the scheme through September - although only at its seafront site in Llandudno.

If successful it could be expanded to its restaurants in Criccieth and Menai Bridge.

Director David Evans said: "The scheme was really successful for us and we wanted to continue to give our customers the opportunity to dine with us early in the week at a discounted rate.

"We know how hard household budgets are being squeezed at the moment.

"If it proves successful in Llandudno we might extend to other sites later."

As with the Government scheme customers will receive a discount of 50%, up to £10 per person on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays in September.

They added: "Please do book your table in advance through our website or by calling our team at the restaurant. We do not want to disappoint you by being full on the day."
