Residents urged to have their say during virtual meeting of Neighbourhood Board

Residents in Whitehill are being encouraged to join a virtual meeting of the Whitehill Neighbourhood Board.

On Tuesday, February 1 at 2pm, residents will be given the chance to discuss any issues in the area with local representatives including the police, South Lanarkshire Council and local councillors.

Information on upcoming events, projects and what’s happening in Whitehill will also be provided.

The meeting will take place on Microsoft Teams and everyone who registers will be sent an invite by email to join the meeting.

Commenting, Lanark and Hamilton East MP Angela Crawley said: “I would encourage everyone in Whitehill to sign up and attend the next Whitehill Neighbourhood Board meeting.

“It will be a fantastic opportunity to find out about everything happening in your community and will also give residents the chance to raise any concerns they may have.”

To register your interest and attend the meeting, email stratsupadm@southlanarkshire.gov.uk.
