Khon Kaen: Local residents in four districts yesterday threatened to file a complaint with the Administrative Court if the government refuses to use the original design for part of a double-track railway route linking Nakhon Ratchasima with the province.
About 500 people turned up yesterday to petition the National Legislative Assembly to insist that transport authorities switch back to elevating a 6km section which passes through urban areas.
