Resident Evil 4 Remake: The Wandering Dead request guide

Regeneradors are tough opponents in Resident Evil 4 Remake that you might want to avoid whenever possible, but you’ll have no such luxury if you want to complete all of the merchant requests. This request from Chapter 14 tasks you with taking out the toughest of all Regeneradors, but there are ways to make it easier for yourself. We’ll show you how to take it out.

If you’re looking for more challenges in Resident Evil 4 Remake, then check out our guides for how to defeat the Merciless Knight and how to sell a treasure for 100k pesetas.

The Walking Dead request location – RE4R

You’ll be able to pick up this request just after finishing the Cargo Depot section of Chapter 14. Make sure you do this during Chapter 14, as you will not be able to return to this area once you leave.

To find the horrible creature, you need to head to the Incubation Lab.

How to make The Walking Dead request easier – RE4R

Firstly, before you get involved in this fight, shove Ashley into a locker for safekeeping (or just ask her, I guess), because you don’t want her to be in danger during this fight. On top of that, if you haven’t already taken out the other Regeneradors in this Incubation Lab, then you’ll need to lure the boss out of the area, otherwise, they might break out and join the fight. Of course, the easier way to do it is to take out all of the monsters in tubes when you first visit the Incubation Lab during the story.

The Wandering Dead monster fight – RE4R

Like any other Regenerador in the game, you’ll need to destroy the parasites to kill it, but this one has far more parasites than any other. This means you should be letting loose with as many bullets as you can. SMGs are great at range or risk getting up close with the shotgun. Once you’ve done that, use the Biosensor Scope to pick off the last few.
