Republic of Ireland v Portugal date, kick-off time, TV channel information and more

The Republic of Ireland host Portugal in a World Cup qualifier at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin this week.

The sides clash once again after the Boys in Green lost 2-1 to Cristiano Ronaldo and co in September.

The Manchester United star scored two late goals as Fernando Santos' side came from behind to win after John Egan gave Ireland the lead just before half-time.

Callum O'Dowda is a late addition to the Ireland squad for the clash after Cardiff City striker James Collins was ruled out through injury.
