Report: Titans agree to terms with TE Geoff Swaim

The Tennessee Titans have reportedly added a new tight end to their training camp roster.

According to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle, the Titans have agreed to terms with tight end Geoff Swaim after recently bringing him in for a tryout.

The 6-foot-4, 260-pound tight end has ended up on Injured Reserve in each of the past two seaons, playing in a grand total of 15 games in that span.

Swaim played in six games for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2019, catching 13 passes for 65 yards. The 26-year-old spent the previous four seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, who drafted him in the seventh round of the 2015 NFL Draft.

Swaim will have an opportunity to compete for the No. 4 tight end spot with Parker Hesse and 2020 UDFA Tommy Hudson. Of course, Tennessee’s top three spots at the position on the depth chart will be occupied by Jonnu Smith, Anthony Firkser and MyCole Pruitt.
