Theo Riddick has been out of work for longer than many expected when the Detroit Lions released the running back. It now appears Riddick has found a new team.
According to a report from Mike Klis, Riddick will sign with the Denver Broncos in the immediate future. He previously visited with the Broncos, as well as his first post-release spot with the New Orleans Saints. There have been no reports of any offers to this point for the veteran RB.
If Riddick does indeed sign with the Broncos, he will get a chance to face his former team. The Lions and Broncos meet in Week 16 in Denver.
