Report: Some NFL teams have started to cancel top-30 pre-draft visits to facilities

The NFL could be on their way to canceling all top-30 pre-draft visits to team facilities amid concerns for the coronavirus.

NFL agent Erik Burkhardt just sent out a tweet stating that the league informed him that visits to team facilities by draft prospects are being canceled.

Mike Garafalo is reporting that as of now, the cancelation of pre-draft visits have been team decisions and not the leagues.

The NFL has yet to make an official announcement on the matter, but teams around the league have started to announce that they are pulling staff and personnel off the road and pro day circuit.

According to Jori Epstein of USA Today, the Eagles were among a few teams to send scouting personnel home on Thursday, moments before they were scheduled to work out some top prospects from around the country.

Adam Schefter just reported that the NFL, as of now, expects to start the new league year and free agency on March 18.
