Report: Robert Kraft will not accept plea deal that was offered for solicitation charges

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft will not accept a plea deal that was offered for his case of soliciting prostitution, according to CNN.

The deal was offered by Florida prosecutors on Tuesday and was extended to Kraft and the 24 men who were involved with soliciting prostitution at the Orchids of Asia Spa in Jupiter, Fla. The plea deal offered to drop misdemeanor charges in exchange for fines, community service and for the men to admit they are guilty if the case goes to trial. This offer was for first-time offenders.

The charges are second-degree misdemeanors and typically carry no more than 60 days in county jail, according to CNN.

Kraft denied the allegations of soliciting prostitution and is moving forward with that motive. Investigators said that they have a video of Kraft receiving sex acts at the spa.

The 77-year-old owner is to be arraigned on March 28.
