Report: Redskins work out Auburn QB Jarrett Stidham

The Washington Redskins aren’t hiding the fact quarterback is a big focal point in the 2019 NFL draft.

Those Redskins have been linked to plenty of passers, though a report from NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport has a new one — Auburn’s Jarrett Stidham.

Stidham didn’t get a ton of chances to shine last year in Auburn’s offense, yet still passed for 18 touchdowns and ran for three more. The 6’2″, 218-pound passer has good mobility and enough coachable traits to make him a likely mid-round pick.

As always with this sort of news, it seems like more than due diligence and the addition of Case Keenum wasn’t enough to stop the team from looking at rookies.
