Report: Redskins will get two days with Duke’s Daniel Jones

The Washington Redskins also have an interest in Duke quarterback Daniel Jones.

A report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter says the Redskins will get two days with Jones, the 6’5″, 221-pound passer who struggled last season due to the weapons around him, yet flashes plenty of pro upside.

Jay Gruden and the Redskins will also work with Drew Lock. They have or will meet Dwayne Haskins and Gruden worked with Will Grier, to name a few of the moves the Redskins have made on this front.

Clearly not just content with Case Keenum, the Redskins have an eye on the long game at quarterback. Which guy they end up choosing, if any, remains a mystery — but it’s almost easier to name a quarterback the Redskins haven’t been linked to at this point.
