Report: Redskins met with Boston College OL Chris Lindstrom

The Washington Redskins keep going through the paces on the offensive side of the ball.

According to a report from Ben Standig of NBC Sports Washington, the Redskins hosted Chris Lindstrom out of Boston College last week.

Lindstrom, 6’4″ and 308 pounds, is an incredibly athletic lineman who projects as a borderline first-round pick. In Washington, he’d go a long way toward filling the problem guard spot on the offensive line and ending the Ereck Flowers experiment before it begins.

But the Redskins grabbing Lindstrom would potentially mean passing on a quarterback or other big-name prospects to shore up a need. It might make more sense if the two parties connected after a Redskins trade back.

Either way, add Lindstrom to the long list of players to keep in mind for the Redskins on draft day.
