The Raiders will play at Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum for one more year before moving to Las Vegas. While their new stadium isn’t finished, it now has a name.
According to Arash Markazi of the Los Angeles Times, the stadium in Las Vegas will be called Allegiant Stadium after the Raiders announced a deal with Allegiant Air. Below is Markazi’s tweet about the deal and a graphic of what the stadium is expected to look like upon completion.
The $1.9 billion stadium is expected to be ready for the 2020 season, but that has yet to be confirmed. If it is not ready for next year, the Raiders are expected to return to the Coliseum for one more season.
