The NFL is a leaky ship at certain times of the year. Today is one of them. A number of games for the 2019 season have been leaked well before tonight’s official reveal at 8:00 eastern time. In some cases, entire team schedules have been spilled. At least that’s the case for the Saints.
According to Doug Mouton at WWL-TV, they finish out their regular season on Sunday Dec. 29 on the road against the Panthers. New Orleans will have its home game against Carolina on Sunday Nov. 24, which is Week 12. You can find the full leaked Saints schedule here.
Beating New Orleans will be critical for Carolina’s chances of winning the NFC South. Aside from a meaningless Week 17 victory against their backups last season, the Panthers have not had much success against these particular division rivals lately. Prior to the 2018 season finale, they had lost five of the previous six matchups.
On the bright side, they still lead the all-time series 25-24.
