Former Washington quarterback Dwayne Haskins signed a deal with the Steelers today. The Panthers had hosted him for a visit last week but he left without signing.
According to the Charlotte Observer, Carolina offered him a reserve/futures contract. Jeremy Fowler at ESPN had it first.

So, Haskins is off the board. Expect the Panthers to continue searching for options at quarterback, though.
