Report: Packers losing LB Jake Ryan to Jaguars

The Green Bay Packers have lost their first unrestricted free agent of free agency.

According to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, the Jacksonville Jaguars are signing linebacker Jake Ryan, a fourth-round pick of the Packers in 2015.

A 27-game starter for the Packers during his first three seasons, Ryan suffered a torn ACL in training camp last August and missed the entire regular season.

The former Michigan star tallied 213 tackles, three pass breakups, one forced fumble and a sack over 43 career games in Green Bay.

The Packers were believed to be interested in bringing back Ryan in 2019, but it appears the Jaguars had a better offer.

Ryan was the last remaining member of the Packers’ 2015 draft class. All eight draft picks are now gone.
