With close to a month of social distancing separating us from the 2019-20 season of college basketball, it’s time to start looking to the 2020-21 season. According to a report from Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports, Michigan State will host Oakland during the first weekend of the upcoming season in East Lansing.
Michigan State played Oakland last season as well, but that game was held at Little Caesar’s Arena. The Spartans won that match-up 72-49.
This will presumably be Michigan State’s second game of the season, with their first coming against Duke in the Champion’s Classic on November 10.
