It appears that Washington Redskins rookie Montez Sweat might have tweaked something in practice on Wednesday morning, sending him cautiously to the medical tent.
ESPN’s John Keim reports that Sweat was taking it easy on the side of practice after an apparent injury scare, taking a knee with his helmet off. He then entered the medical tent with the training staff.
It can be looked at as a good sign that Sweat was walking at all, no matter how gingerly it is. The Redskins and fans alike are all holding their collective breath, however.
