Report: Landon Collins feared to have suffered season-ending Achilles injury

We knew that it was a bad injury when it happened, but the fear is that Washington starting safety Landon Collins suffered a torn Achilles in the first half of Sunday’s game against the Dallas Cowboys.

After a great start to the game, Collins went down with a non-contact leg injury and slowly made his way to the medical tent on the sideline. From there, a cart was sent to take him to the locker room, where he was seen in a lot of pain while holding his ankle.

According to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo, Collins will undergo an MRI on Monday, but the belief is that his season is over in Washington.
