Report: Josh Allen adds to trash talk with Jalen Ramsey at autograph session

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen was featured at an autograph session at Batavia Downs Gaming on Sunday.

For some reason, he decided to enhance one signature with a message to Jalen Ramsey of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Ramsey went after Allen prior to the season in a GQ article:

“I think [Buffalo Bills draft pick Josh] Allen is trash. I don’t care what nobody say. He’s trash. And it’s gonna show too. That’s a stupid draft pick to me. We play them this year, and I’m excited as hell. I hope he’s their starting quarterback. He played at Wyoming. Every time they played a big school–like, they played Iowa State, which is not a big school in my opinion because I went to Florida State, and he threw five interceptions, and they lost by a couple touchdowns or something like that. He never beat a big school. If you look at his games against big schools, it was always hella interceptions, hella turnovers. It’s like: Yo, if you’re this good, why couldn’t you do better? He fits that mold, he’s a big, tall quarterback. Big arm, supposedly. I don’t see it, personally.”

That brings us to Sunday when Allen let loose on Ramsey while signing an autograph for Jeremy and Stacey Sielheimer, who posted the photo and message.

This is a personal duel that doesn’t appear appear to be going quietly.

The story took a turn when it was updated by Billswire.com.

Jeremy woke up at 4:30 a.m. to make the seven-hour drive from his home in Delaware with his good friend Jeremy Robinson to attend the autograph signing in Batavia and then drove back seven hours in the same day.

He said the drive was “well worth it, to meet the future of the Buffalo Bills” and “that’s what die-hard Bills fans do!”

Many have made the autograph out to be a slight from Allen to Ramsey. However, Jeremy said that while it’s not what many want to hear, he actually asked Josh to write it.

“I paid for and asked Josh to write both inscriptions,” Seilheimer said.

“My wife Stacey and I were at the JCK (Jacksonville) game, obviously a memorable one for Josh and the fans and thought getting the canvas signed with those inscriptions would be a great addition to my Bills room!”
