According to Pittsburgh Steelers writer Joe Rutter, the Pittsburgh Steelers are preparing for the return of outside linebacker Jayrone Elliott. Rutter reported on Twitter that the team has a locker ready for Elliott to come back. Pittsburgh will need to make a corresponding move to fit Elliott on the 53-man roster. This could mean something for the future of Anthony Chickillo.
The team has not formally announced a move which could be intentional as the team waits for waiver pickup announcements. There’s always a chance Pittsburgh put in a waiver claim for Tuzar Skipper and will formally announce any and all moves once they know where they stand.
