The Jacksonville Jaguars seem to have most of their pieces in place for their defensive staff, but not a lot is known about the offensive staffing. However, one coach who is receiving interest to join the staff is Indianapolis Colts quarterback coach Marcus Brady.
Per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the Jags have requested to interview Brady, however, it’s unknown if they will be granted access to do so.

Brady has been with the Colts for three seasons. He started his time there as an assistant quarterbacks coach and was promoted to become the head quarterbacks coach after the 2018 season. While in Indy he got to work with Andrew Luck, Jacoby Brissett, and most recently Philip Rivers.
Before joining the Colts, Brady was the Toronto Argonauts’ (Canadian football League) offensive coordinator for five seasons (2013-17). During that period, they won the Grey Cup once (2017).
Brady also coached for the Montreal Alouettes (also of the CFL) from 2009 to 2012. He served as their receivers coach (2009-11) and offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach (2012) during that period.
Before entering the coaching realm, Brady was a quarterback in the CFL with the Toronto Argonauts (2002-03), Hamilton Tiger-Cats (2004-05), and Montreal Alouettes (2006-08). During his seven-year career, he completed 246-of-469 passes for 3,321 passing yards and 15 touchdowns.
Brady, if interviewed, would join Scott Linehan as a coaching candidate the Jags have shown interest in for their offensive coordinator job. Meyer is clearly looking to acquire coaches with NFL experience for his key roles, and Brady has been a part of a lot of success in Indy despite not having a long NFL résumé.
Something to watch is the Colts potentially elevating Brady to their offensive coordinator role with Nick Sirianni leaving the position vacant after agreeing to become the Philadelphia Eagles head coach. Then again, there is uncertainty at quarterback in Indy with Rivers retiring, and working with a generational prospect like Trevor Lawrence could be enticing for Brady.
