Report: Henry Ruggs ‘showed signs of impairment,’ will be charged with DUI resulting in death

The police in Las Vegas have confirmed that Henry Ruggs has been involved in an accident in the area. According to the Metro police, they responded to a crash early on Tuesday morning and have confirmed that Ruggs was one of the drivers.

According to the statement, Ruggs will be charged with DUI resulting in death after at least one person was killed in the accident. Here is the full statement from the Metro police:
