The New York Giants continued with some minor roster tinkering on Monday, officially signing veteran offensive lineman Mike Remmers and agreeing to terms with rookie defensive lineman Freedom Akinmoladun.
The 6-3, 284-pound Akinmoladun previously had a tryout with the Giants during rookie minicamp.
In 42 career games at Nebraska, Akinmoladun recorded 106 tackles (53 solo and 16 for a loss), 11 sacks, one forced fumble and one pass defensed.
At Nebraska’s Pro Day, Akinmoladun posted the following numbers:
