Report: ex-Bills offensive tackle Jordan Mills visited with Texans

The Houston Texans continue to wade in the free agency pool to find help for the offensive line.

According to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle, ex-Buffalo Bills tackle Jordan Mills visited with the club on Monday.

Mills has a connection with Texans general manager Brian Gaine as the former Louisiana Tech Bulldog was a member of the Bills from 2015-18. Gaine was the vice president of player personnel for Buffalo in 2017 before taking the top front office job with the Texans in the 2018 offseason.

The former 2013 Chicago Bears fifth-round pick did not miss a start for Buffalo from 2016-18. Mills would turn 29 years old before Week 17 of the 2019 season. While he may have bounced around between the Bears (2013-14), Detroit Lions (2015), Dallas Cowboys (2015), and Bills (2015-18), Mills may still have one more good season left in him.
