The Philadelphia Eagles schedule for 2019 is supposed to be one of the easier paths to the playoffs, but the first few games could be very telling in the direction of one of the NFC’s top teams. Jeff McLane reported that the Eagles will open the season at home against the Washington Redskins.
Their week two matchup will be against a familiar foe in the Atlanta Falcons, as the Birds will travel south for a prime time showdown on Sunday Night Football. The Eagles have faced off against the Falcons in each of the previous four seasons, beating them in last season’s season opener at the Linc.
According to reports, in week 5 the Eagles will host the Jets, per Manish Mehta, and in week 11 (Nov. 17) the Eagles will host the Patriots, per Jeff Howe.
