Report: Eagles have no interest in trading for Antonio Brown

The Philadelphia Eagles need help at the wide receiver position, but they won’t be inquiring on one of the most talented skill position players in football. The Eagles are said to have no interest in being apart of the Antonio Brown sweepstakes according to Zach Berman of Philly.com.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Tennessee Titans, Oakland Raiders and Washington Redskins have made the most traction on acquiring the disgruntled star from the Steelers.

Thus, the pursuit of Brown could develop into a battle between Grudens: Raiders coach Jon and Redskins coach Jay.

Other teams have had conversations with the Pittsburgh Steelers, and another could emerge. But the belief as of now is that the Raiders, Redskins, and Titans are the most likely landing spots, sources said.

Brown turns 31 in July and his 2019 base salary is $12.625 million, and that’s on top of the new deal and guaranteed money that he reportedly desires.
