Washington Redskins coach Bill Callahan refused to say whether or not rookie quarterback Dwayne Haskins would be the starter for the rest of the season, but according to a report from NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo, it is his job going forward.
Garafolo says that according to his sources, Haskins will get the start in Week 11 when the Redskins host the New York Jets, making it a duel between young quarterbacks as Sam Darnold comes to town.
In his first start of the season, last week against the Buffalo Bills, Haskins played decently, though he was unable to get into the end zone. He threw for zero touchdowns and zero interceptions in the game.
