Report: Duke guard Tre Jones to enter NBA draft

Duke point guard Tre Jones, who was named the ACC player of the year for 2019-20, has decided to enter the 2020 NBA draft, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported Saturday.

Jones, a sophomore, averaged 16.2 points and 6.4 assists a game as the floor leader for the Blue Devils. In addition to leading the offense, he also was named the ACC's defensive player of the year, averaging 1.8 steals per game.

Jones is rated a first-round draft pick by ESPN draft analyst Jonathan Givony.
