Report: Chargers TE Hunter Henry expected to play vs. Steelers

It’s been nearly six weeks since the Chargers had tight end Hunter Henry in the starting lineup. But it appears that he will return to the playing field in Week 6 against the Steelers.

Henry suffered a tibial plateau fracture in his knee in the season opener against the Colts. He spent that time rehabbing his knee before he returned to practice this past week.

Henry was limited on Wednesday and Thursday before moving up to a full participant on Friday.

Even if the former Arkansas product is on a limited snap count tonight, it’s good to know that the offense will have a key piece back in the lineup, especially when their lacking pass catching depth.
