A report from Mary Kay Cabot of cleveland.com indicates the Browns are interested in signing Pro Bowl LB C.J. Mosley in free agency.
Cabot notes several other teams are also interested in signing Mosley, one of the NFL’s most reliable tacklers and a Pro Bowler in each of the last three seasons. His name has been mentioned in conjunction with the Washington Redskins, Detroit Lions (now out of the market after agreeing to sign Trey Flowers), the New York Jets and the Miami Dolphins in various other reports. He could also return to Baltimore.
The Browns do have a need for a linebacker, so the interest seems obvious. Poaching one from a division rival is definitely appealing, too.
