Report: Bengals fielding offers for Cordy Glenn ahead of trade deadline

The Cincinnati Bengals are predictably looking to move left tackle Cordy Glenn ahead of Tuesday’s trade deadline.

Glenn is on the block, as reported by Tyler Dragon of the Cincinnati Enquirer on Monday.

No surprise here given the circumstances surrounding the left tackle. Glenn self-reported a concussion in the preseason and didn’t return to the team until Week 7.

Upon his return, Glenn reportedly got in an altercation with a coach, asked for his release and was fined $200,000 for conduct detrimental to the team. He was then suspended for a game. In Week 8, Glenn didn’t make the trip to London with the team.

Given how easy this was to see coming, the Bengals probably shouldn’t expect much in the way of a return from another team. The front office has until Tuesday afternoon to make a move.
