Report: About 30 Vikings players/employees were in attendance for George Floyd’s funeral

From walking with protestors to speaking out against the NFL’s statement, Vikings players have been vocal and active in response to George Floyd’s death.

On Thursday, George Floyd’s memorial service was held, and 30 players and employees for the Vikings were in attendance, according to Bleacher Report’s Master Tesfatsion.

Here are the Vikings players who went to the funeral, according to team reporter Eric Smith:

Garrett Bradbury

Dakota Dozier

Ifeadi Odenigbo walked with Chicago protestors recently, and explained to NBC Sports Chicago why he did so. Eric Kendricks and Anthony Barr spoke out against the NFL’s statement, saying it “said nothing.”

Jaleel Johnson spoke out against Drew Brees. Brees recently told Yahoo Finance that he “will never agree with anybody disrespecting the flag of the United States of America or our country.” Johnson responded by saying Brees has no idea what’s going on.
