Report: 3 teams showing interest in trade for Seahawks DE Frank Clark

The NFL draft is just three days away and the Seattle Seahawks are busy trying to find a way to add to their league-low four selections this year.

A possible way to acquire the missing picks would be to deal defensive end, Frank Clark, who Seattle designated with a non-exclusive franchise tag in March.

Over the weekend, ESPN’s Adam Schefter tweeted the Seahawks would be willing to trade Clark, however, the team would be looking for at least a first-round pick in the package as compensation.

On Monday morning, NFL Network’s Ian’s Rapoport reported on “Good Morning Football” the Seahawks had been talking to several teams about the defensive end, including the Chiefs, Colts and Jets.

Rapoport didn’t include any additional information or possible terms should an actual deal be in the works.

With only one selection in each of the first, third, fourth and fifth rounds, Clark could be Seattle’s key to re-stocking for draft day.

The NFL draft is set to begin at 5:00 p.m. PT Thursday evening with the Seahawks slated to pick at No. 21 overall.
