Reopening dates and times for Wapping Wharf's independent shops

Wapping Wharf’s thriving community of independent businesses is preparing to reopen next week after months of lockdown.

Non-essential businesses across Bristol have been shut since March under government guidelines.

Many of the city’s favourite independents have been operating online during the pandemic but they will finally be able to open their doors to shoppers from Monday, June 15.

Umberslade, the developer behind Wapping Wharf, says it has put new signs and floor markings in place to remind people about safety and social distancing.

Stuart Hatton, director at Umberslade, said: “Lots of the businesses at Wapping Wharf have carried on through lockdown, quickly adapting their operations and in some cases working together on things like online sales and deliveries.

“Many others are re-opening in the coming days and we’re hopeful people will support them – and do so responsibly, maintaining social distancing.

“We’ve put lots of new signage and guidance in place to support our businesses as they welcome people back safely.”

Bristol Live has put together a list of some of the businesses that will be reopening next week - and those that are already open.
