A woman who gained huge followers online as she turned her three-bed semi into a dream home is planning to transform a new bungalow.
Lyndsey Gynane, 43, previously overhauled her three-bed semi in Halewood and charted the journey on Instagram. Her account amassed thousands of followers, which she said has "massively" impacted her life "in a good way".

She told the ECHO she has "always wanted" to do a bungalow renovation and has final plans in place to make the Cronton property a two-storey, four-bed home with three bathrooms, a cinema and games room and an open plan kitchen/living area similar to her former house. She has already converted the former koi carp pond in the back garden into a luxury swimming pool and work is due to start inside in autumn.

She added: "The bungalow is still stuck in the 1980s with lots of dark mahogany wood. We are simply modernising it with lots of glass and open space to maximise the light.
"We had spoke about it for years and knew eventually our time would come. I actually seen this bungalow advertised for a for weeks but the estate agent pictures just didn’t sell it at all, there wasn’t much info given and the photos were awful plus it was outside our budget slightly.
"Once we viewed it and seen the potential we both knew it was the one. Bungalows often sit on a larger plot than most houses so it makes them the perfect property to renovate and extend and this ticked all the boxes."

The new pool has also come in handy with the recent heatwave, and Lyndsey has also finished a bar area to complete the outside space.
"We used @poshpondsandpools for the build, they were simply amazing. We worked with them on the design and were guided by their knowledge as to what would work. It’s not your average garden swimming pool in the UK due to the size and shape but that’s what makes it stand out."

After gaining a following on Instagram, Lyndsey left her job as a mortgage broker and is now working for herself. She thought it would be hard to say goodbye to the Halewood house after putting so much work in, put they sold it at "the right time".
"We made a profit and it went to a lovely couple," she added. "That home opened up so many other opportunities for us that it’ll always have a place in my heart."
