Reiss Nelson is back in full training, much to the delight of many Arsenal supporters.
The 20-year-old, who has found himself on the fringes of the first-team in north London so far this season, missed the win over Molde as well as the 3-0 home loss against Aston Villa with a minor knee problem.
In an update posted on the club website ahead of the final Premier League fixture before the international break, Nelson wasn't expected to be out of action for too long.
"Right knee," a statement reads . "Sustained knock and bruising to right knee in training ahead of Thursday’s match against Molde.
"Aiming to return to full training next week."
And in a huge boost to Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta as he looks to find the right balance in attack, Nelson has been in full training this week ahead of the game against Leeds United.
It remains to be seen if the England international will make a Premier League starting XI for the first time this season against Leeds, but he has certainly stated his case to at least make the matchday squad.
As spotted in a behind the scenes of Arsenal's training session video uploaded to YouTube, at around the 3.46-minute mark, Nelson is put clean through on goal and finds the net with a crisp finish.
Then at around the 4.08-minute mark, he receives the ball out on the left, comes inside to combine with Dani Ceballos and Alexandre Lacazette, before firing an effort into the roof of the net.
Nelson's performance in training impressed a number of Arsenal fans who left a message for Arteta ahead of the game at Elland Road.
LR Ms said: "Everyone who has eyes can tell that Reiss Nelson deserves a chance he's attacking and shooting, something a said Willian does not have."
