A Euromillions syndicate in Cavan scooped €81,129 in Tuesday’s draw but fell just short of the jackpot.
Players in Ballinagh were just one lucky star number (from 1-12) short of winning the €17 million EuroMillions jackpot.
Three separate Cavan players have now won on the same prize tier in 2020, they have all fallen agonisingly short of the EuroMillions jackpot.
The winning EuroMillions numbers are: 09, 13, 21, 29, 35 and the Lucky Stars were 01 & 02.
The winning ticket holder is advised to sign the back of their ticket and to get in touch with the National Lottery claims team on 1800 666
222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to claim their prize.
Since there was no winner of Tuesday’s €17 million EuroMillions jackpot, Friday’s jackpot is now heading for a massive €30 million.
