Relive the greatest staredowns in UFC title fight history, from Conor McGregor to Anderson Silva

Every great UFC title fight had a staredown that preceded it.

Some of the most iconic images in UFC history have presented themselves at weigh-ins as the energy and excitement fills the arena when the fighters go face-to-face for the final time before their fights. The bigger the fight, the bigger the sense of anticipation as the two opponents go eye-to-eye.

But some faceoffs are better than others. From Jose Aldo vs. Conor McGregor to Anderson Silva vs. Chael Sonnen, some staredowns set themselves apart from the pack in UFC folklore.

Recently, the UFC compiled clips of some of the greatest title fight staredowns in the promotion’s history, and released them in a highlight reel.
