Russell Martin's men welcome the Scottish Premiership champions to Ibrox this Sunday, August 31, with a midday kick-off in place.
Don Robertson will referee the match, assisted by Daniel McFarlane and Chris Rae.
Andrew Dallas is on VAR, with Calum Scott the AVAR official.
Celtic can move nine points clear at the top of the table with a win after Rangers drew their opening three league matches of the season 1-1 against Motherwell, Dundee and St Mirren.
