Redskins take Stanford RB Bryce Love in fourth round

The Washington Redskins continue to make big-name moves on Day 3, picking up Stanford RB Bryce Love with the 112th pick.

After an impressive career at Stanford — he ran for 2,118 yards in 2017 with 19 touchdowns — Love suffered a torn ACL in December. Now the Redskins have both Derrius Guice and Love coming off of an injury, but it is hoped that both will be ready by the start of the 2019 season.

Many draft analysts believe that had Love not gotten injured, he would have been a first-round pick in this draft. The fact that Washington selected him in the fourth round shows that they expect him to get back to true form once he is fully healthy.
