Washington Redskins superfan Matthew McConaughey welcomed Chase Young to the team on Friday via Twitter, instilling his confidence in the newest member of the team.
McConaughey, who is one of the most famous Redskins fans, is likely thrilled about the pick, seeing as Young is the most prestigious player in the 2020 NFL Draft, and arguably the best pick Washington has made in the past decade, if not more.
While we’ve seen pictures of McConaughey strolling the sidelines of FedEx Field alongside team owner Dan Snyder in years’ past, I expect this upcoming year to be no different, as he tries to get an up-close and personal look at the Redskins newest game wrecker.
