Xherdan Shaqiri has been omitted from Liverpool’s squad for political reasons, with the Kosovo-born forward having been expected to have been on the receiving a hostile welcome in the Serbian capital.
Victory in Belgrade tonight will all but confirm Liverpool’s place in the knockout stages.
