Daniel Sturridge starts at the expense of Roberto Firmino as Jurgen Klopp makes three changes for Liverpool's meeting with Red Star Belgrade this evening.
Joel Matip and Adam Lallana also return to the Reds' starting XI, with Joe Gomez and Fabinho making way in defence and midfield respectively as a result.
Firmino has scored just once in his last 10 outings at club level, and is replaced by a man who has four goals in just three starts in all competitions this term in Sturridge.
Fabinho, meanwhile, misses out on a fourth consecutive start, with Klopp opting to bring a more forward-thinking feel to his selection with the inclusion of Lallana.
And Matip sees off the challenge of the fit-again Dejan Lovren in order to allow Gomez to be rested.
Klopp's options have been boosted by the recent return to training of Naby Keita, and the Guinean claims a place among the substitutes this evening.
Liverpool starting XI to face Red Star Belgrade: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson, Wijnaldum, Milner, Lallana, Mane, Salah, Sturridge.
Subs: Mignolet, Fabinho, Keita, Firmino, Gomez, Moreno, Origi.
