Red Star Belgrade manager Vladan Milojević has stated that Tottenham are not going to be able to stop his team in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.
The Serbian side actually sit above Spurs after the first two group games and they will be looking to capitalise on the Lilywhites' recent bad run of form.
Starting off the group with a 3-0 defeat against Bayern Munich, the visitors will go into the game in confident mood after their 3-1 home victory over Olympiakos.
While Spurs remain the favourites with the bookies to get all thee points, Milojević has issued a warning to Mauricio Pochettino's side ahead of the game.
"They are absolutely the favourites," he said at his press conference. "I am a little bit sorry because our supporters are not here.
"We are going to give our best, we want to play a good match, we have a lot of respect for Tottenham.
"Even though the supporters are not here, there is nothing to be afraid of, they are not going to be able to stop us."
Spurs really have struggled for form in 2019 even though they managed to reach the Champions League final back in June.
Salvaging a late draw against Watford on Saturday after falling behind early on, the manager believes they will see Tottenham of the past when they go head-to-head.
"Every club goes through certain periods, but it is obvious they are going through a tough period, which happens with every club," he added.
"There is too much emphasis on this. They are excellent players with an excellent coach, Pochettino is one of the best coaches in Europe if not the world.
"They are experienced players and they play for the national team.
"We're going to see Tottenham as the team of the past, they are an excellent team.
"They are having some problems at the moment, but they are one of the best teams in the Premier League."
