Red Hot Chilli Peppers confirm huge Marlay Park concert

Dust off those tube socks and brush up on your funky basslines because the Red Hot Chilli Peppers are coming back to Dublin.

The legendary band are hitting the road in 2022 to mark the 20th anniversary of their seminal album Blood, Sugar, Sex, Magik and will play Marlay Park on June 29.

The 2022 tour will mark the return of guitarist John Frusciante from the group's classic line-up and will feature a set of career-spanning hits as well as new music from their forthcoming album.

Support for the show at the Rathfarnham venue will come from Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals and Thundercat.

Tickets go on sale to the general public starting Friday, October 15 at 10am local time at RedHotChiliPeppers.com.

All seat levels and price tiers will still be available to buy at this time.

Red Hot Chili Peppers fan presale begins on Wednesday, October 13 at 10am local time in Europe and will run until Thursday, October 14 at 10pm local time.
